Forum Terms of service

Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

Your personal data. By registering on this forum, you agree that it may collect some of your personal data. This data collection is done either through the information you provide us, or through the use of the services itself, for technical data used for the forum proper functioning. You can access, modify or delete your data at any time. Users under 16 years old certify that they have obtained the consent of their legal guardian in order to proceed with this registration. We, the administrators and moderators are not very strict people. We respect your opinions and are labeled as such because we created this site and would like for it to remain existing.

Here are a list of stuff we allow on this site but with strict observation:

-file sharing. If it is not harmless, why not? If anyone reports dangerous files, you will be automatically banned. If it infringes copyright, you will get a warning.

-Cursing. We actually censored words, but please make sure you don't type very obscene words against other users. Everyone has a right to be respected. The only times we feel that some words are not obscene are in the cases wherein the name-calling is obviously just fooling around. On a side not, if we catch you disrespecting users, you will get a warning.

-Making mistakes. Hey, everybody's human. Mistakes are common and we understand that. The only time we will view a mistake as something else is if it has been done more than twice or too many people have made reasonable complaints about it.

Here, on the other hand, are a list of things we DO NOT allow on this site:

-Pornography or any other sexual content. PLEASE, most members here are minors. And even if they aren't, there are some people who feel very uncomfortable with it. If by any chance, the topic you are discussing is Ecchi/Eroge, and you find the need to show pictures or whatnot, please post work-safe images. We do not deem innuendos as "sexual content" unless it is too explicit.

-Buying/selling products online. We discourage making transactions in this site. But, of course, if you are "advertising" something, that is not a problem. We discourage this mainly because the internet is a big place. A person can hack into your account at any given moment and "steal" from you. You will not be banned or given a "warning" for doing this but remember, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS.

-Hacking. Any member found hacking another user's account will be automatically banned. Including your IP address.

-Drugs. We do not encourage promotion of drugs  and other vices. If you want to talk about it, feel free to do so (eg you have a problem with it, what are the health risks that come with it). If you do not want to be discouraged from taking your illegal drugs or vices, do not talk about it.

-Harassment. This is a major offense for us. If anyone reports being harassed more than once, you may get banned.
