Let's talk about this overrated show turned manga that features ~~a gay protagonist and his harem that he disses for his best friend and enemy~~ a teenaged protagonist who starts a war to make the world a better place for his little sister and acquires a geass ~~and a pizza hut-loving squatter who does not seem to know that it is not good to use other people's …~~

No, I don't remember...but I think that was in the school...did JK and Smile help fight off the corpse of her dad in the first episode? If they did, maybe that was it. If not, then maybe the one with what's-her-name-glasses-girl getting stuck in the dream world.

Tomoe? ...Kazuoe? Whatever. Yeah, they were in the school. I think before the closeup of JK and Smile there was about a second of Maya screentime.

Yes, they could've. (I think her name was Mikaze.) But they did surprise the audience, in a sense, with who the key was. If not 12, 13. Iirc, ookami ended the same as...kaichou or kuro? Meh. I have a feeling it was Occult and Kaichou and Ookami and Kuro that were on the same week.

I pretty much saw that one coming. About who exactly the key was, I mean. It was obvious at the near ending.

Kozue? I think. Mikaze is right. Yes, the audience was surprised. It was too rushed. But they had to give every character a purpose, I suppose.

It makes for a 'oh shit it all makes sense' moment. Well not really.

I'd wish not. If the show is slow and has only about 11-13 episodes, then there's a chance that it will get rushed. That, or it'll have a cliffhanger ending or something similar.
